Are these products unique to Resell Rights Database?
Currently, most of our Resell Rights products were acquired from various resources. If a resale rights product, software or private label rights product is unique to Resell Rights Database, it will be stated in the description and these products will be listed on a separate page (not yet available).

What is a private label rights product?
A private label rights product is a product that gives the purchaser a license. to edit the content. Not all private label rights products are the same, but in general you will find that you can modify the sales letter and the product itself.

Yes, along with Resale Rights information products and software, we also sell private label rights (PLR) content.

Does each product from Resell Rights Database come with a license.?
Yes. Unlike many of our competitors, before a product is added to the Resell Rights Database we manually check each and every product for the license. It's actually unbelievable the amount of resale rights products being distributed on the market without the proper rights file attached; this is at the very least reckless and could be financially devastating to those who misuse resell rights products. In addition to verifying that each product has a right to be resold, we create a screenshot of the rights file for all products offered here (resale rights and PLR products) and allow users to see the rights for the product before their purchase. This way, users can be certain that a product will meet their needs before purchase.

What are master resell rights?
Master resell rights allow the purchaser to sell resale rights to the purchaser of the product, meaning that a single product can be bought by anybody and resold by as many people that buy it without limit.

Do you check the products before selling them?
Yes. Before a product is added to our resell rights database, the product is extracted (most products come packaged as .zip files), we check for the license., make a copy of the license. and verify that the product contains what it is supposed to. In addition to this, we scan each and every file with a virus/spyware checker to be sure that the files that Resell Rights Database distributes are free of malicious code.

What if I buy a product and it doesn't work or is incomplete?
If you buy something from Resell Rights Database that is incomplete or does not work as described, first of all - bring it to our attention. Once we have verified the problem, we will either replace what you have purchased with a working (or complete) version if feasible plus give you a coupon code to use on your next purchase; if we cannot for whatever reason give you a working product, we will refund your purchase plus give you a coupon code to use on your next purchase.

Do the products contain spyware or adware?
No. Before we upload a product to our website we scan each file using PC Tools spyware/virus scanner. While it is highly unlikely that a resale-rights product would be infected in the first place, this is a precautionary measure that Resell Rights Database takes to protect its customers.

How I do open the files sold here to use them?
Resell Rights Database typically distributes products as .zip archive files, though there are other file types within these archives. Here is a list of the most common file-types used by the products that we distribute and how to open them.

.zip Zip files can be opened by an unzipping program like winzip. Most Microsoft Windows operating systems have a built in unzipping utility, but winzip is a nice program to have anyway.

.pdf PDF documents can be opened with the adobe acrobat reader, which is free to use.

I lost my download, how can I re-download my purchase?
If you need to re-download a purchase, please send us an email. Please include whatever you can about your purchase, such as the date, the purchasing parties name, the product name, your payment email address or the transaction ID. While you do not need to include everything here, the more information that you provide us with, the faster we will be able to locate your invoice to verify the order.

Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. We operate under a strict no refund policy except in cases of products missing items, prodcts not functioning or fraud (unauthorized transactions). Please see our user agreement for full details about our refund policy.

Can I purchase more than one product at a time?
At this time this option is available only when paying for your purchase via check. Once the shopping cart is complete, this option will be available for credit card and PayPal payments.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently Resell Rights Database accepts credit card payments via PayPal, payments directly from PayPal balances, eChecks via PayPal as well as personal and business checks. Personal and business checks must be drawn on a US bank in order to be accepted.

I have a slow internet connection, can you send me my purchase on CD?
Soon. As soon as our shopping cart is complete you will have the option to receive your purchases on CD for a nominal fee. If you purchase the CD delivery option, you will still have instant access to the downloadable files.

I went through checkout, but the download page says "payment pending". Why?
Our products are delivered upon receipt of verified payment. If the download page states "Payment Pending", then there either was a problem with your payment or you paid via eCheck. In either case, please contact us and please include the payment details so we can check into it.

This website was designed by Rob Ferrall. From the content that you read to all of the geeky background processes, he wrote them all. If you need a dynamic website that caters to the internet marketing crowd, send him an email. For the right price, he will consider creating a website for you as well.

Do you have an affiliate program?
At the moment, no. However, this website is brand new and one is in the making as of this writing. If you want to promote the products on Resell Rights Database, let us know. Affiliate commissions start out at 50% per sale and will increase (up to 75%) based on referred sales volume. Payments are issued 2x monthly via PayPal or check.
